Sibanye-Stillwater is seeking a General Foreman - Concentrator Support & Maintenance at East Boulder Mine, McLeod, MT. This role leads the safe operation of concentrator facilities, surface haulage, and TSF work, translating 1–3 month plans into weekly actions for supervision.

You will coordinate with maintenance, metallurgy, and engineering to optimize throughput, recovery, and quality while controlling costs and maintaining environmental compliance.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of progressive concentrator, mineral-processing, metallurgical, or closely related heavy-industrial operations experience.
• Two or more years of experience leading employees as a frontline supervisor or equivalent operational leader.
• Working knowledge of concentrator processes and associated equipment including crushing, grinding, flotation, slurry systems, thickening, filtration, concentrate handling, and water systems.
• Experience working under mine safety, environmental, energy-isolation, and operating-procedure standards.
• Degree preferred in metallurgy, mineral processing, chemical engineering, mining engineering, mechanical engineering, operations management, or related field.

Responsabilités

• Lead the safe, compliant, reliable, and cost-effective operation of the mine-site concentrator, surface haulage, and TSF capping/IBWR placement.
• Translate rolling 1–3 month plans into executable weekly plans for frontline supervisors.
• Coordinate with maintenance, metallurgy, engineering, operations, and support functions to meet throughput, recovery, quality, and cost targets.
• Ensure weekly plans include hazards, permits, procedures, qualifications, isolations, environmental controls, and emergency-response requirements.
• Establish and maintain operating standards for crushing, conveying, grinding, classification, flotation, reagent systems, slurry transfer, thickening, filtration, and related process areas.
• Manage resources within approved budgets and hold supervisors accountable for labor, materials, and equipment efficiency.
