Job summary

Sibanye-Stillwater East Boulder Mine in McLeod, MT is seeking a maintenance electrician for underground mine support. You will install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair electrical, instrumentation and control systems in a safety-conscious team environment.

Responsibilities include working with high, medium and low voltage circuits, AC/DC motors, PLCs, and Rockwell software while supporting surface crews when required. A strong safety record and independent work ethic are essential.

Qualifications

• Electrical maintenance or electrical construction experience.
• Ability to read electrical schematics.
• Working knowledge of NFPA 70E and NEC electrical standards.
• Proven safety record.
• Understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Independent work habits with minimal supervision.
• Experience with PLCs, ladder logic, and Rockwell software.
• Meet minimum tool requirements (tool allowance provided).

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and productive underground mine electrical environment.
• Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair electrical, instrumentation, and control systems.
• Work with high/medium/low voltage circuits, AC/DC motors and VSDs, PLCs, and related documentation.
• Assist surface electrical crews as needed.
