Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a senior forecasting and planning leader for call center and back-office operations in the USA. You will manage a team responsible for forecasting, staffing requirements and performance metrics across multiple lines of business.

The role combines analytical rigor with cross-functional collaboration with Operations and Finance to drive capacity planning, annual and quarterly forecasts, and staffing optimization. Telecommuting from anywhere in the USA is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 7-10 years forecasting in large contact center, PBM, or Specialty Pharmacy.
• Strong experience in workforce management/resource planning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee weekly/monthly capacity plan and staffing to meet requirements; liaison with Operations, Finance, and support.
• Ensure accurate forecasts for all lines of business and communicate vendor-locked forecasts.
• Coordinate peak season staffing, new hire classes, and target LOBs.
• Organize quarterly forecast submissions for financial outlooks.
• Review forecast and capacity data with Operations and support teams regularly.
• Provide staffing inputs for RFP processes.
