Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a senior forecasting leader for our US-based call center and Specialty Pharmacy operations. This remote role guides staffing, capacity planning and performance forecasting across multiple lines of business with operations and finance to deliver actionable insights.

You will oversee weekly and monthly forecasts, coordinate peak-season staffing, prepare quarterly outlooks and support RFP processes.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years forecasting experience in large contact centers or PBM.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Advanced Excel skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee weekly/monthly capacity plan to determine staffing.
• Forecast and track KPIs for all lines of business.
• Coordinate peak season staffing and new hire classes.
• Prepare quarterly forecast submission data for financial outlooks.
• Review forecast data with Operations and support teams.
• Provide staffing data for RFP processes.
