Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an experienced forecasting leader to manage call center and back-office work planning for specialty operations, with work-from-home flexibility across the USA.

You will supervise a team responsible for forecasting, staffing requirements, and performance metrics, delivering ad-hoc and recurring analyses while collaborating with operations and finance to drive improvements and business value.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years forecasting experience in a large contact center, PBM, or Specialty Pharmacy.
• Call center and back office workforce management experience.
• Strong advanced Excel aptitude.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Financial acumen and basic variance explanations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education.

Responsibilities

• Oversee weekly/monthly capacity plan and staffing.
• Ensure accuracy of forecasts and KPIs across lines of business.
• Lead peak season staffing planning and new hire classes.
• Organize quarterly forecast submission data for outlooks.
• Review forecast/capacity data with Operations and finance.
• Provide staffing data for RFP processes.
