Responsibilities

• Oversee weekly/monthly capacity plan to determine staffing.
• Ensure accuracy of volume and KPI forecasts across lines of business.
• Coordinate peak season staffing and new hire classes.
• Produce quarterly forecast submission data for financial outlooks.
• Review forecast and capacity data with ops and support.
• Provide staffing details for RFP processes.
