Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a forecasting leader for call center and back-office operations in the USA. You will manage a team responsible for capacity planning, staffing, and performance forecasting across multiple lines of business.

The role emphasizes analytical rigor, cross-functional collaboration with operations and finance, and a focus on building scalable forecasting models to support business decisions.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years forecasting experience in a large contact center, PBM, or Specialty Pharmacy.
• Call Center and back office Workforce Management/Resource Planning experience.
• Moderate finance fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee weekly/monthly capacity plan and staffing to meet requirements; coordinate with Ops/Finance.
• Ensure forecasts for volume, occupancy, and KPIs across lines of business.
• Facilitate peak season staffing planning and new hire classes.
• Organize quarterly forecast submission data for financial outlooks.
• Review forecast and capacity data with Ops and support.
• Provide staffing and data for RFP processes.
