Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Forecasting Lead for call center and back office operations within Specialty Operations. This remote US role manages forecasting, staffing, and performance analysis to support multiple lines of business.

You'll lead cross-functional collaboration with Operations and Finance, build capacity plans, and deliver accurate forecasts and capacity insights while driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years forecasting experience in large contact center, PBM, or specialty pharmacy
• Call Center and back office workforce management / resource planning experience
• Moderate finance fundamentals

Responsibilities

• Oversee weekly/monthly capacity plan to determine staffing to meet requirements; coordinate with Operations, Finance, and support departments
• Ensure accuracy of volume and KPI forecasts for all lines of business; produce and communicate vendor-locked forecasts
• Facilitate peak-season staffing planning, including coordination of new hire classes and target lines of business
• Organize and produce quarterly forecast submission data for financial outlooks
• Conduct regular reviews of forecast and capacity plan data with Operations and support departments
• Provide staffing requirements and other information for RFP processes
