Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a senior forecasting leader to manage a team responsible for forecasting and planning for call and back office operations in Specialty Operations. This remote role supports the USA and requires extensive experience in staffing, forecasting, and analytics to drive performance across cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes capacity planning, advanced Excel usage, and collaboration with operations and finance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience is required.
7-10 years of forecasting experience in a large contact center, PBM, or Specialty Pharmacy.
Advanced Excel aptitude essential.
Experience with Workforce Management/Resource Planning in call center/back office operations.
Strong collaboration across operations and finance.

Responsibilities

Oversee maintenance of weekly/monthly capacity plan including volume, handle time, occupancy, to determine staffing plans.
Ensure accurate forecasts for all lines of business and communicate vendor locked forecasts.
Facilitate peak season staffing planning and onboarding.
Organize quarterly forecast submission data for financial outlooks.
Review forecast and capacity plan data with Ops and support teams.
Provide staffing data for RFP processes.
