Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a senior forecasting leader for the Specialty Operations call center and back-office planning. This remote role oversees capacity planning, staffing, and KPI forecasts to support multiple lines of business and a complex customer health services portfolio.

You will drive analytical modeling, staffing assumptions, and cross-functional coordination with operations and finance to deliver accurate, timely forecasts and staffing plans.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of forecasting in a large contact center, PBM, or Specialty Pharmacy.
• Experience with Call Center and back office Workforce Management/Resource Planning.
• Strong finance fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee weekly/monthly capacity plan to determine staffing needs; coordinate with Operations, Finance, and support departments.
• Ensure accuracy of volume and KPIs forecasts for all lines of business; produce vendor-locked forecasts.
• Lead peak-season staffing planning including new hire classes and target LOBs.
• Organize quarterly forecast submission data for financial outlooks.
• Review forecast and capacity data with Operations and support.
• Provide staffing information for RFP processes.
