Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an experienced forecasting and planning leader for call and back office operations in Specialty Pharmacy. This remote role focuses on building staffing plans, capacity forecasts, and performance metrics across multiple lines of business in a large enterprise setting.

You will partner with Operations and Finance to deliver accurate weekly/monthly forecasts, support RFPs, and guide a team through complex analyses.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7-10 years of forecasting experience in a large contact center, PBM, or Specialty Pharmacy.
• Experience in Call Center and back office Workforce Management/Resource Planning.
• Moderate finance fundamentals are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee weekly/monthly capacity plan to determine staffing needs and meet requirements.
• Ensure accuracy of volume and key performance metric forecasts for all lines of business.
• Coordinate peak season staffing and new hire classes.
• Organize quarterly forecast submission data for financial outlooks.
• Review forecast and capacity plan data with Operations and support departments.
• Provide staffing information for RFP processes.
