Job summary
CVS Health is seeking a senior forecasting leader to drive capacity planning for call and back-office operations in Specialty Pharmacy. This remote role oversees staffing models, capacity plans, and KPI forecasts across the United States with collaboration across operations and finance.
The candidate will rely on advanced Excel, Verint, and Avaya/CMS insights to deliver accurate analytics, lead cross-functional teams, and influence budgeting and business decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- 7–10+ years forecasting experience in large contact centers, PBM or Specialty Pharmacy.
- Experience in workforce management/resource planning for call centers.
- Solid finance fundamentals to support forecasting and budgeting.
Responsibilities
- Oversee weekly/monthly capacity plans to determine staffing needs.
- Ensure accurate forecasts for volume, handle time and occupancy.
- Coordinate peak-season staffing and new hire classes.
- Prepare quarterly forecast submission data for financial outlooks.
- Review forecast and capacity data with operations and support teams.
- Provide staffing inputs for RFP processes.
