Qualifications

• 7-10 years of forecasting experience in a large contact center environment, PBM, or Specialty Pharmacy.
• Call Center and back office Workforce Management/Resource Planning experience.
• Moderate finance fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee weekly/monthly capacity plan and staffing plans; coordinate with Operations, Finance and support departments.
• Ensure accurate forecasts for volume, handle time, occupancy and KPIs across lines of business.
• Facilitate peak season staffing planning including new hire classes and target LOBs.
• Organize quarterly forecast submission data for financial outlooks.
• Review forecast and capacity plan data with Operations and support teams.
• Provide staffing information for RFP processes.
