Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an experienced Forecaster/Planning lead to manage forecasting and staffing for call center and back-office operations across Specialty Pharmacy. You will own workforce modeling, capacity planning, and performance projections while collaborating with operations and finance to deliver accurate forecasts.

The role emphasizes strong analytical abilities, strategic long-range planning, and leadership in a remote work environment based anywhere in the USA.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of forecasting experience in large contact center or PBM/Specialty Pharmacy environments.
• Experience in staffing, capacity planning and KPI forecasting across multiple lines of business.
• Strong analytical and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams (operations/finance).

Responsibilities

• Oversee weekly/monthly capacity plan and staffing forecasts with Operations and Finance.
• Ensure accuracy of volume, occupancy and key KPI forecasts for all lines of business.
• Coordinate peak-season staffing through new hire classes and target LOBs.
• Prepare quarterly forecast submission data for financial outlooks.
• Review forecast/capacity data with Operations and other departments.
• Provide staffing inputs for RFP processes.
