Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; associates/bachelor preferred.
• 3-5 years experience in training, public relations, public affairs, sales, marketing, customer service, or any combination thereof.
• 1-3 years in in-person or retail customer relation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member experience and guide customers through the program.
• Assist with daily/ monthly data pulls and reporting.
• Monitor knowledgebase for content changes and suggest enhancements.
• Handle escalated issues and provide swift resolution.
• Mentor Guides as subject matter expert and foster team development.
