Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in training, public relations, sales, marketing, or customer service.
• 1-3 years of in-person or retail customer relation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily data pulls and reporting related to program.
• Provide expert guidance and resolve member issues with teaching.
• Mentor Guides and support cross-team collaboration.
• Deliver exceptional client experiences and build loyalty.
