Job summary

Precision Medicine Group seeks a Principal Scientist to guide translational immunology efforts, focusing on immunophenotyping and cell-based assays in IO and autoimmune spaces. You will mentor junior scientists, design experiments, and ensure compliance with GLP, CAP, and CLIA while delivering high-quality data to clients.

You will partner with senior leadership to advance scientific plans, manage timelines, and communicate progress to clients, contributing to publications and conference

Qualifications

• PhD in life sciences or related field (Immunology, Cellular Biology)
• 8+ years of full-time post-doctoral lab experience
• Strong bench skills in cell-based assays and flow cytometry

Responsibilities

• Mentor and train Flow Lab team members; help set lab priorities
• Design and implement cell-based assays meeting client requirements
• Write SOPs to ensure regulatory compliance (GLP/CAP/CLIA/ISO)
• Generate technical reports and client communications; present data
• Train staff in data review and presentation for posters/journals
• Support validation/qualification of assays; manage client timelines
