Job summary

Precision Medicine Group, LLC. is seeking a Senior Scientific Director, Flow Cytometry to lead development and validation of Flow Cytometry assays for multiple clinical and non-clinical studies.

You will mentor staff, ensure scientific rigor, and guide assay development with strong regulatory knowledge. The role requires direct experience with regulated cellular assays, interaction with QA, and readiness to participate in audits.

Qualifications

• PhD in life sciences or relevant field with extensive lab experience.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory GxP/CAP/CLIA/ISO standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and validation of Flow Cytometry assays for clinical and non-clinical studies.
• Mentor and manage Flow Cytometry staff to ensure quality and timelines.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and liaise with QA and project managers.
• Act as Technical Lead for Flow Cytometry projects and SI/PI as needed.
• Write, review, and improve SOPs, study plans, and validation reports.
• Communicate with clients to ensure product delivery meets expectations.
