Precision Medicine Group in Frederick, MD is seeking a skilled flow cytometry expert to perform assays, validate procedures, and support SOP development. You will design experiments, analyze data, and present results with high quality output.

The role requires a Master’s degree in life sciences, 5 years of lab experience, and strong skills in flow cytometry, ELISpot/ELISA, and data reporting. Excellent communication and ability to work with cross-functional teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in life sciences or a related field.
• 5 years of relevant laboratory experience.
• Expert level flow cytometry with whole blood and isolated cells.
• Experience monitoring cell-mediated immunity via flow cytometry, ELISpot, ELISA and MSD.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Strong data organization and report preparation abilities.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, GraphPad Prism, Diva and FlowJo.
• Willingness to work extended hours if needed.
• Must read/write/speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Perform flow cytometry primarily, plus other immune assays.
• Design and perform experiments, analyze and present data.
• Improve SOP documentation and procedures.
• Collaborate with technical teams and support equipment qualification.
• Monitor project expenditures and report results.
• Serve as scientific resource to clients and internally.
