Job summary

Jeppesen ForeFlight is seeking an Implementation Specialist to own end-to-end migrations and onboarding for customers moving from legacy flight-planning platforms to our next-generation system. You will configure environments, coordinate testing, and train customers to operate confidently from onboarding through go-live and into production support.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in flight-planning/dispatch software implementation or a customer-facing technical role.
• Strong technical aptitude to learn and configure flight-planning/dispatch software without a traditional software engineering background.
• Hands-on experience configuring software applications and diagnosing flight-plan output issues.

Responsibilities

• Own migrations from legacy platforms to the next-gen Jeppesen ForeFlight system through production go-live.
• Migrate configuration data and define minimum output/reporting requirements with customers.
• Configure customer environments, including direct-connect integrations with scheduling and maintenance systems.
• Coordinate cross-platform migrations and partner with internal support teams.
• Support migrations between related tracking and fleet-management products.
• Triage issues to determine whether they are defects, config changes, or third-party issues.
• Serve as the primary owner for each implementation project from kickoff to go-live.
• Coordinate test-and-evaluation to production transitions with customers.
