Job summary

Jeppesen ForeFlight, Inc. is seeking a Sr Implementation Specialist to own end-to-end onboarding for FliteDeck Solutions portfolio, including Aviator, FliteBrief, FliteDeck Pro, FliteLink, Ground Controls, and JDM Pro.

You will configure environments, coordinate testing, train customers, and manage multiple implementation projects from onboarding to go-live while collaborating with Product, Support, and Sales.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in software implementation, customer onboarding, or a related customer-facing technical role.
• Experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM/project-tracking tool.
• Hands-on experience editing XML configuration files and troubleshooting third-party data authoring, including translator and field-mapping logic between flight-planning vendors and our products.
• Experience diagnosing complex, multi-document electronic package structures, including sequencing, inclusion, and file-size issues.

Responsibilities

• Own customer implementations from onboarding through production go-live for products within the FliteDeck Solutions portfolio.
• Configure customer-specific environments, including integrations with third-party flight planning and operations systems.
• Diagnose and resolve EFF/FliteBrief document package issues and related configuration limits.
• Edit and redeploy XML configuration files and troubleshoot mapping logic.
• Triage issues to determine defect, configuration change, or third-party data-authoring issue.
• Manage implementation projects in Salesforce and defects in Jira; coordinate with vendor service desks as needed.
• Conduct customer-facing familiarization training on product features and workflows.
• Coordinate test-and-evaluation to production transitions and validation testing with customers.
• Review log files to gather diagnostic evidence and root-cause issues.
