Job summary

Jeppesen ForeFlight is seeking a Sr Implementation Specialist to own end-to-end onboarding for FliteDeck Solutions, including Aviator, FliteBrief, FliteDeck Pro, FliteLink, Ground Controls, and JDM Pro. Remote in the US or Europe, you will configure environments, coordinate testing, train customers, and manage multiple implementation projects through go-live.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in software implementation, strong XML and data-authoring experience, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in software implementation or customer onboarding.
• Able to configure software and guide customers live.

Responsibilities

• Own implementations from onboarding to go-live for FliteDeck Solutions products.
• Configure customer environments and third-party integrations.
• Diagnose and resolve EFF/FliteBrief issues and document packaging.
