Job summary

Jeppesen ForeFlight, Inc. seeks a Junior Implementation Specialist to join our Flight Planning Implementation team in Englewood, CO. This entry-level role develops hands-on experience by onboarding airline and business aviation customers onto our flight planning and dispatch software.

You will work with senior specialists on migrations, configuration, testing, and training, gradually taking ownership of smaller projects while building product knowledge and aviation-domain expertise.

Qualifications

• Recently completed a bachelor's degree, aviation school, or comparable program.
• Genuine passion for aviation and information technology.
• Willingness to learn to configure software and diagnose issues.
• Strong ability to learn AI-powered tools and apply them to implementation work.

Responsibilities

• Support migrations from legacy systems to the new platform and assist with onboarding of customers.
• Configure customer environments and integrate with third-party IT systems under guidance.
• Coordinate cross-plane migrations and collaborate with senior specialists and support teams.
• Triage issues as defects or data problems and shadow senior specialists on live projects.
• Assist with testing, validation, and production transitions, including customer collaboration.
