Job summary

Jeppesen ForeFlight seeks a Senior Project Manager, Implementations to lead complex, customer-facing deployment and migration projects across legacy and next-gen flight planning tools. You will own end-to-end planning, scheduling, and delivery, coordinating across Development, Deployment Specialists, QA, and customers to move critical flight-planning systems to current platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience delivering complex, technical implementation or migration projects.
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder projects spanning internal engineering/deployment teams and external customer technical teams.
• Strong technical aptitude, comfortable understanding infrastructure migration concepts.
• Experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM/project-tracking tool.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable presenting project status to both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
• Strong critical thinking and risk-management skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate schedule and technical risk.
• Willingness to learn and apply AI-powered tools to accelerate project tracking, status reporting, and cross-team coordination; prior hands-on experience with AI tools is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and prioritize independently.

Responsibilities

• Own project planning, scheduling, and status reporting for one or more complex implementation and migration projects, from kickoff through go-live and into early production support handoff.
• Build and maintain detailed project plans, RAID logs, and cutover/go-live runbooks for each migration.
• Coordinate across Development, Deployment Specialists, Quality Assurance, and Support to sequence and de-risk cutover activities for production systems.
• Manage and track project status in Salesforce, keeping stakeholders and leadership current on schedule, risk, and blockers.
• Lead recurring customer- and internal-facing status meetings, translating technical migration details into clear, actionable updates.
• Coordinate go-live/cutover events directly with customer technical teams, including scheduling maintenance windows and validating post-cutover system health.
• Identify and escalate schedule, resource, or technical risks early, and drive mitigation plans to closure.
• Support post-go-live stabilization and a clean handoff to ongoing support.
• Partner with Product, Support, and other internal teams to resolve issues and escalations surfaced during a migration.
• Travel to customer sites on occasion, as needed.
