Job summary

Jeppesen ForeFlight is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Implementations to lead complex customer-facing migration projects across legacy and modern flight-planning platforms. You will own end-to-end planning, scheduling, and delivery, coordinating across Development, Deployment Specialists, QA, and the customer team to safely move critical flight-planning systems to current platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience delivering complex, technical implementation or migration projects.
• Experience coordinating internal engineering/deployment teams and external customer technical teams.
• Strong technical aptitude for infrastructure migration concepts (e.g., legacy OS to Linux) and cutover planning.
• Experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM/project-tracking tool.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to present to technical and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own project planning, scheduling, and status reporting for complex implementation and migration projects from kickoff through go-live and early production handoff.
• Build and maintain detailed project plans, RAID logs, and cutover/runbooks for migrations.
• Coordinate across development, deployment, QA, and support to sequence de-risk cutover activities.
• Manage project status in Salesforce and keep leadership updated on schedule, risks, and blockers.
• Lead recurring status meetings with customers and internal teams, translating technical details into clear updates.
