Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily flight operations, including flight planning, scheduling, and dispatch.
• Ensure adherence to aviation regulations and company policies.
• Monitor flight progress and adjust for weather or operational changes.
• Coordinate with flight crews, maintenance, and ground handling teams.
• Manage crew scheduling and duty times in compliance with regulations.
• Conduct operational risk assessments and implement mitigations.
