Job summary

flyExclusive seeks a Flight Support Specialist to coordinate flight operations, ensure safety compliance, and support client service excellence. You will manage flight logs, passenger details, trip planning, and regulatory requirements while communicating with ground handlers and authorities.

Ideal candidates bring a dispatch license or pilot license, strong planning and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• FAA Dispatch or Pilot license required.
• 60+ days as FlyExclusive dispatcher or similar role.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent prioritization and coordination skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative problem resolution skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external customers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States without sponsorship.
• Successful completion of a comprehensive background check.
• Bachelor's degree in aviation or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of business jet performance capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan trips outside 24 hours and gather missing information for flight bookings.
• Check Notams, TFRs, PPRs, and slots for upcoming trips and notify relevant departments.
• Coordinate arrivals/departures with FBOS and ground handlers; arrange after-hours ops.
• Use ForeFlight for trip planning to confirm range and fuel reserves.
• Ensure compliance with customs, immigration, and international handling requirements.
• Monitor weather and ATC status to minimize schedule disruptions.
• Maintain knowledge of Operations Manual, FAA/ICAO regs, and company procedures.
• Coordinate maintenance events with MX planners and update dispatch pass-down.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
