Qualifications

• Significant experience in flight operations coordination or management within aviation.
• Proven leadership and team supervision skills.

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, especially under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for diverse teams.
• Familiarity with flight operations software and systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide a team of aviation operations coordinators, ensuring efficient workflow and task completion.
• Oversee the daily scheduling, dispatch, and monitoring of all flight operations, ensuring adherence to planned routes and timelines.
• Manage operational disruptions, such as weather delays or technical issues, with contingency plans and clear stakeholder communication.
• Ensure compliance with aviation regulations, company policies, and procedures related to flight operations.
• Liaise with pilots, flight crew, maintenance personnel, and ground handling agents to facilitate seamless operations.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement in efficiency and service quality.
