Frontier Airlines is seeking an experienced Aircraft Dispatch supervisor to oversee daily dispatch and central load planning on a shift basis. You will ensure safe, compliant operations, coordinate with SOC, ATC, and fuel programs, and mentor dispatchers and load planners.

Requirements include FAA Aircraft Dispatcher certificate, minimum two years of dispatcher experience (five preferred), HS diploma (Bachelor’s in aviation/management preferred).

Qualifications

• FAA Aircraft Dispatcher certificate is required.
• Minimum two years of aircraft dispatch experience; five years preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in aviation or management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily dispatch and central load planning on a shift basis.
• Coordinate with SOC, ATC, and fuel programs to minimize delays.
• Coach, counsel and discipline dispatchers and load planners as needed.
• Maintain compliance with FAA regulations and company policies.
• Communicate clearly with internal departments and external agencies.
• Monitor workload and redistribute tasks during irregular operations.
