The Sygma Network, Inc. is seeking a skilled Fleet Technician to perform preventive maintenance, inspections, diagnostics and repairs on a diverse fleet of vehicles and equipment. The role includes annual inspections, refrigeration unit work, electrical system diagnostics, and ensuring compliance with DOT/FMCSA regulations.

Strong problem-solving and teamwork are essential. You will mentor junior technicians, document all work on orders, and may take on supervisory tasks in the Fleet Manager's

Qualificações

• Experience diagnosing and repairing a wide range of fleet vehicles and equipment.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs to maximize safety and reliability.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, fuel, ignition, braking, HVAC and drive-train systems.

Responsabilidades

• Perform inspections and preventive maintenance within scheduled time tolerances.
• Conduct annual inspections (FAI/CVI) on fleet vehicles per regulations.
• Diagnose malfunctions and perform repairs to manufacturer specifications.
• Repair and maintain refrigeration units (Reefer) and lift gates.
• Document all work on work orders and follow procedures.
• Mentor junior technicians and assist Fleet Manager when needed.
• Operate electrical meters and use diagnostic tools for OEM systems.
