Job summary

The SYGMA Network is seeking a skilled Fleet Technician in the Harrisburg area to perform preventive maintenance and expert repairs on a range of vehicles. You will diagnose issues, perform inspections, and help maximize uptime across the fleet.

Responsibilities include testing electrical systems, maintaining refrigeration units, and completing all work orders per company standards. The role offers overtime, a 401(k) plan, and stock purchase options.

Qualifications

• 2-year medium/heavy truck tech training is required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 4–5 years of fleet maintenance experience preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections and preventive maintenance to safety and reliability.
• Carry out FAI/CVI inspections on fleet vehicles.
• Repair engines, transmissions, brakes, electrical, and refrigeration systems.
• Document work orders and mentor junior technicians.
• Work 4x10 shifts Tue–Fri (3 PM start) as needed.
