US3080 Sygma Florida (The Sygma Network, Inc) seeks a Fleet Technician to maintain and repair the vehicle fleet, ensuring safety and reliability. You will diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and perform repairs to manufacturer specs.

Responsibilities include inspections, preventive maintenance on tractors, trailers, reefers, and lift-gates; documenting work; and mentoring junior staff while ensuring regulatory compliance and safe operation.

Competenze

• 2-year tech training in heavy/medium-duty trucks.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• CDL preferred but not required.

Mansioni

• Perform inspections and preventive maintenance on fleet vehicles within planned tolerances.
• Conduct FAI/CVI inspections on fleet vehicles per regulations.
• Perform PM on tractors, trailers, reefers, lift-gates, and other equipment.
• Diagnose and repair engines, transmissions, drive-line, electrical systems and more.
• Document all work on work orders.
• Mentor junior technicians and support Fleet Manager when needed.
• Proficient in electrical meter testing and DC low voltage knowledge.
• Complete electrical repairs and welding as required.
