Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a dispatcher/scheduler professional to manage the maintenance lifecycle from origination to technician custody. You will coordinate with Field Operations to assign technicians, obtain customer approvals, and drive preventive maintenance scheduling.

You will document all interactions and maintain strong customer rapport. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in fleet/maintenance coordination, excellent communication, and proficiency with scheduling tools.
