You will communicate with customers, monitor location status, and maintain thorough work-order records from the office. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to liaise with the sales team to plan execution.

Qualifications

• Dispatch experience required.
• Knowledge of the traffic control industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily and run schedules.
• Determine type and amount of equipment needed to complete a job.
• Communicate with customers regarding scheduling, crews, and equipment for their projects.
• Monitor personnel and equipment locations.
• Maintain files and records of work orders completed.
• Meet with Sales team to develop a project plan for execution and completion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with drivers and helpers to facilitate teamwork and collaboration.
