Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with drivers and safety teams
• Fill in for absent personnel and support special projects
• Analyze fleet operations and profitability and present recommendations
• Manage inventory, assets, and driver assignments to balance equipment
• Perform payroll, payroll-related tasks, and prepare financial reports
• Oversee yard operations, maintenance scheduling, and repairs as needed
• Coordinate with drivers, customers, and staff to resolve service issues
• Maintain safety culture and ensure DOT compliance and policies
• Assign loads, plan routes, and monitor freight to meet deadlines
