Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in transportation/logistics or related fields.
• Ability to work across multiple shifts including nights and/or weekends.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with drivers and safety teams.
• Fill in for absent personnel and optimize fleet operations for profitability.
• Train drivers and staff and assist with customer systems.
• Analyze fleet operations, present reports and KPIs to customers.
• Manage inventory, assets, and driver assignments to balance equipment.
