Qualifications

• Minimum requirement is a high school diploma or GED with 2–3 years in transportation/logistics or equivalent.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in business, transportation/logistics or related field; strong customer service background.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with drivers and safety to minimize turnover and maximize productivity.
• Fill in for absent personnel and support special fleet optimization projects.
• Manage training/orientation of drivers and use customer systems as needed.
• Analyze fleet operations, measure KPIs, and present reporting to customers.
• Plan loads, route and monitor freight movement to meet on-time delivery goals.
• Oversee payroll, driver counseling, and safety compliance activities.
