Cox Fleet provides on-site maintenance services for a broad fleet, including light, medium and heavy-duty trucks and trailers, across nationwide service centers. The Master-level Technician role emphasizes high-skill maintenance, diagnostics, and strong customer service in a cost-effective delivery model.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED with 5 years of related field experience or equivalent.
Master ASE certification preferred and ongoing training to maintain ASE status.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance: oil/oil filter changes, fuel filter, transmission flush, vehicle inspection.
Perform light and major repairs and advanced vehicle diagnostics.
Interact with customers with exceptional interpersonal skills to uphold service center performance.
Maintain/repair equipment and up-fit new vehicles as needed.
Ensure safety standards and proper disposal of fluids per regulations.
Create and maintain vehicle history and maintenance records.
