Job summary

The Senior Fleet Manager - Business Intelligence & Technology at Rentokil North America, Inc. leads data-driven fleet strategy, architecture, and deployment of connected vehicle tech. This role drives BI frameworks and transforms IoT data into actionable insights for TCO, safety, and asset lifecycle decisions.

You will guide enterprise dashboards, predictive analytics, and EV roadmaps, reporting to the Fleet Director and collaborating with IT, Ops, and field teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in a quantitative field as listed.
• 5–7 years managing connected fleet architectures or transport-focused systems.
• CAFM or equivalent certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy enterprise telematics platforms and ELD/ADAS tech.
• Build automated Power BI/Tableau dashboards for fleet metrics.
• Create predictive maintenance models and driver safety scorecards.
• Deliver asset lifecycle recommendations and EV roadmap analyses.
