Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking an Analytics & Insights Manager to join the Enterprise Analytics team. This hands-on role focuses on delivering high-quality operational reporting and actionable insights, with a path to leadership as the team grows.

You will translate fleet and operations data into decisions, build dashboards in Power BI, and collaborate with operations and cross-functional leaders to shape the analytics roadmap and influence business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of analytics, BI, or insights-focused roles.
• Proven track record delivering analyses that drove measurable outcomes.
• Experience in operational environments (fleet, logistics, supply chain) preferred.
• Strong ability to turn ambiguous problems into actionable insights.
• Proficiency with Python, R, and SQL.
• Databricks and Power BI experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end development of operational reporting and analysis for fleet and operations.
• Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights to drive decisions.
• Proactively identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities and recommend actions.
• Define and manage the reporting roadmap, KPIs, and scalable frameworks.
• Partner with operations and cross-functional leaders to drive adoption of analytics.
