The Sr Fleet Analyst at Hertz will develop analytics and KPIs to guide fleet strategy and continuous improvement. You will productionize dashboards and real-time reporting to monitor fleet performance for executives, with a focus on translating complex data into clear business insights.

The role requires 3+ years in analytics, strong SQL/Python/Tableau skills, and experience applying AI tools to automate processes and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years analytics experience with large datasets and SQL/Python/Tableau.
• Experience leveraging AI-powered tools to automate workflows and generate insights.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; able to present data to executives.
• Proven track record of turning data into operational improvements and cost savings.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Develop KPIs, scorecards, dashboards, and real-time reports for fleet ops and leadership.
• Leverage analytics, AI, and tools to automate workflows and accelerate insight generation.
• Create executive-level data visualizations and presentations translating data into insights.
• Build cross-functional partnerships to align fleet strategy and data-driven decisions.
