Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals, Inc. is seeking an Analytics & Insights Manager to join the Enterprise Analytics team. This hands-on individual contributor will deliver high-quality operational reporting and actionable insights focused on fleet and operations.

Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Analytics, you will translate complex data into decisions, build dashboards with Power BI, and help shape the analytics roadmap as the team grows.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of analytics/BI/insights experience.
• Proven ability to translate data into business outcomes.
• Experience in operational environments (fleet/logistics preferred).
• Strong problem-solving and storytelling skills.
• Proficiency with Python, R, and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end development of operational reporting and analysis for fleet and operations.
• Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for decisions.
• Define KPIs, metrics, and scalable reporting frameworks; manage roadmaps.
• Partner with operations and cross-functional leaders; drive analytics adoption.
