Sunbelt Rentals is seeking an Analytics & Insights Manager to join the Enterprise Analytics team. This hands-on role focuses on delivering high-quality operational reporting and actionable insights, with a clear path to leadership as the team grows.

You will translate complex data into decisions, partner with operations and fleet leaders, and build scalable analytics using Databricks, SQL, Python, and Power BI to drive measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of analytics, BI, or insights-focused roles.
• Proven track record of delivering analysis that drives measurable business outcomes.
• Experience in operational environments (fleet, logistics, supply chain, or similar preferred).
• Strong ability to turn ambiguous problems into actionable insights.
• Proficiency with Python, R, and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end development of operational reporting and analysis for fleet and operations.
• Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights to drive decisions.
• Identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities; recommend actions.
• Influence outcomes through data-driven storytelling.
• Define and manage the reporting roadmap and KPIs.
