Job summary

SIXT is seeking a Regional Fleet Strategist to optimize fleet across North America. You will turn data into recommendations, forecast needs, and partner with Operations, Revenue Management, Purchasing, Finance, and Remarketing to improve decisions.

You will leverage analytics, SQL, and BI tools to drive efficiency and profitability, while embracing automation and AI to sharpen forecasting and scenario planning. Join a global mobility leader shaping the future of fleet management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field is required.
Experience turning data into actionable business recommendations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

Develop and optimize regional fleet plans based on demand, utilization, revenue, and profitability.
Build rolling forecasts and scenario analyses to anticipate fleet needs and opportunities or risks.
Analyze fleet performance including utilization, placement, transfers, and lifecycle performance.
Translate complex financial and operational data into clear recommendations for senior leaders and challenge assumptions when data supports a different direction.
Partner cross-functionally with Revenue Management, Purchasing, Operations, Finance, and Remarketing to improve fleet decisions.
Identify opportunities to improve forecasting and decision-making through automation, BI, and AI.
