Qualifications

• 6+ years of commercial fire protection supervision and 10+ years of hands-on fire protection trade work or equivalent combination of vocational training and experience.
• Proficiency in fire protection field supervision and safety practices.
• Strong organizational skills and adherence to company policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fire protection field manpower to ensure work meets design, budget, and schedule.
• Supervise day-to-day field personnel across multiple jobs ensuring quality and productivity.
• Mentor staff; manage hiring, training, and performance evaluations; address issues.
• Communicate progress and issues with Construction team during planning and build phases.
• Ensure safety, incident reporting, and compliance with policies and standards.
