Job summary

Atlantic Constructors, Inc. is seeking a Fire Protection Trade Manager to lead field installation efforts for new construction projects in the Richmond, VA area. This on-site role requires hands-on supervision, mentoring of foremen and crews, and ensuring installations meet design, codes, and project schedules.

Strong safety focus and problem-solving are essential. The candidate will manage manpower, training, and field operations across multiple sites, coordinating with planning and engineering

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of commercial fire protection supervision and hands-on experience.
• Preference for NICET certifications and DPOR license.
• Must adhere to safety standards and demonstrate strong leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fire protection field manpower to meet design, budget and schedule.
• Supervise field personnel and ensure quality, safety and productivity.
• Mentor foremen, fitters, and apprentices with instruction and feedback.
• Ensure proper documentation, communication with Construction team, and issue resolution.
