Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Fire Protection Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
Fully licensed Fire Protection Engineer in at least one US state.
4+ years as lead designer or Fire Protection Engineer on federal, state, municipal, healthcare, commercial, higher education or similar projects; experience with Design/Build and CM at Risk.
Experience leading multi-discipline design teams and coordinating with clients.

Responsibilities

Perform fire protection design across schematic, design development, and construction documents.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other disciplines to integrate fire protection systems.
Prepare scope and fee proposals for fire protection portions of projects.
Support bidding and construction phases, including RFIs and submittals.
