Arcadis is seeking a Senior Fire Protection Engineer for U.S. Places Design & Engineering, focusing on data centers and industrial environments.

You will lead fire protection across multiple projects, collaborating with Mechanical, Electrical, and Architectural teams, while guiding junior staff and supporting client engagement. The role involves periodic travel (about 1 week per month) to project sites, with hybrid work in a high-density facility setting.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Fire Protection Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Fire Protection (U.S.) required.
• Experience designing fire protection systems for data centers or mission-critical facilities.
• Knowledge of NFPA codes (13, 20, 22, 24, 72, 75, 76) and IFC/IBC/FM Global guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Lead fire protection design for data center and mission-critical projects from concept to construction.
• Develop construction-ready packages with drawings, specifications, and BIM models.
• Provide mentorship to junior engineers and designers.
• Collaborate with MEP teams to integrate fire protection systems.
