Job summary

Mastercard Inc. is seeking a high-energy Manager, Services, Business Development to drive commercial growth across fintech and digital partnerships.

You will lead consultative sales for data products and platforms, managing complex deals and C-suite engagements while coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling, end-to-end solutions. Based in the United States, you will own end-to-end sales, refine value propositions, and build lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for achieving sales targets, revenue goals, and sales projections.
• Own business development and ongoing account ownership for Services within Digital Partnerships.
• Refine the value proposition of Services capabilities for digital merchant and fintech executives.
• Represent Mastercard Services to senior client stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
• Lead pitches from storyboard to face-to-face presentations with tailored materials.
• Coordinate with Demand Generation, Marketing, Solutions, and Product teams.
• Set the commercial agenda for assigned territory with strategic plans.
• Partner with Core Digital Partnerships, Fintech and Commercial teams to support strategic imperatives.
