You will articulate client needs, deliver tailored pitches, and oversee complex engagements from concept to delivery, partnering with cross-functional teams to achieve growth targets in the US market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Strong background in payments, ideally with Regional Banks experience.
• Proven ability to build trusted, long-term client partnerships.
• Ability to frame opportunities from the customer’s perspective.
• Experience managing client clusters and driving growth with consultative sales.

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic sales engagements with existing customers and prospects in National/Regional/Community bank segments.
• Exceed sales targets by expanding Mastercard Services offerings within accounts.
• Discover and articulate business needs, identifying key issues and opportunities.
• Craft persuasive pitches and presentations for senior audiences.
• Guide complex projects to successful completion and implement agile solutions.
• Develop thought leadership through blogs, articles, and POVs.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver integrated Mastercard Services capabilities.
